If you are satisfied with the service you received from our dedicated team at Flawless Cleaning, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation. The amount of tip is entirely up to you, but a general guideline is to tip 15-20% of the total cost of the service. However, please keep in mind that tipping is not mandatory and should only be done at your discretion.
  • Do I have to be home during my cleaning?
    No, you do not have to be home during your cleaning. We understand that our clients have busy schedules and may not be able to be present during their scheduled cleaning time. As long as our cleaners have access to your home, we can complete the cleaning without you there. However, if you prefer to be present during the cleaning, we can accommodate that as well. Just let us know your preference when scheduling your appointment. Our cleaners are trained professionals who will treat your home with respect and care, even when you are not there.
  • What is included in a Standard Cleaning?
    Our standard cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all floors. We also clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs. In the kitchen, we clean all countertops, appliances, and the inside of the microwave. We also clean all accessible surfaces, such as tables and desks. We do not clean inside of cabinets, inside of the oven, or inside of the refrigerator unless requested.

    Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday 8am-12pm Emergency calls available 24/7

  • What if something breaks?
    At Flawless Cleaning, we take great care in handling your belongings and ensuring they are not damaged during our cleaning process. However, accidents can happen. If something does break, please inform us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include repairing or replacing the item.   • How do I book a cleaning?
    Please refer to the contact page for all booking. Insert all of the information necessary, along with a general description of the cleaning needs. A team member will reach out to you at the earliest convenience, for a complimentary consultation. In the description, please include: the amount of rooms, bathrooms, additional living spaces and any other areas you would like to include in the clean. All homes larger than 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms will be in the deep clean category. It allows the team members to have necessary time to clean efficiently. All Move In/Out cleanings must be disclosed up front or cleaner is subject to turn down project due to price difference. Client may choose to upgrade to Move In/Out cleaning at the time of the service before cleaner leaves the property. If home is "very dirty" please disclose, so our team can set the time accordingly, to meet your cleaning needs.
  • What is included in a Move In/Out Cleaning?
    What is included in a Move In/Out Cleaning? A Move In/Out Cleaning is a thorough cleaning service that is specifically designed to prepare a home for new occupants or to give a final touch-up to a home that is being vacated. At Flawless Cleaning So, our Move In/Out Cleaning service includes: - Cleaning all rooms, including bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. - Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and window sills. - Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs. - Cleaning kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, and floors. - Vacuuming and mopping all floors. - Removing any trash and debris left behind by previous occupants. Our Move In/Out Cleaning service is designed to provide a deep and thorough cleaning of your home, ensuring that it is ready for its new occupants. If you have any specific cleaning requests or requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • Am i charged upon booking?
    Yes, at Flawless Cleaning, we require payment upon booking your cleaning service. This ensures that we can schedule your appointment and allocate our resources accordingly. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for your convenience. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.     No, there is no rescheduling fee with Flawless Cleaning Solutions. We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change at the last minute. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Our goal is to provide flexible and reliable cleaning services that meet your needs.
  • What is Flawless Cleaning's cancellation and refund policy?
    At Flawless Cleaning, we understand that life can get hectic and plans can change. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. As for refunds, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of the completion of your service. We will do our best to resolve any issues and make things right. If you are still not satisfied, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the completion of your service.   • Can i request the same cleaner?
    Yes, at Flawless Cleaning, we understand that having a consistent cleaner can provide a sense of comfort and familiarity in your home. We strive to accommodate your preferences and will do our best to assign the same cleaner to your home for each appointment. However, please note that there may be circumstances where your regular cleaner may not be available due to illness or vacation. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and provide a replacement cleaner who is equally skilled and experienced.
  • What is included in a Deep Cleaning?
    Our deep cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of all rooms in your home. This includes dusting all surfaces, cleaning all floors (vacuuming and mopping), cleaning all bathrooms (including toilets, sinks, and showers), cleaning the kitchen (including wiping down all surfaces, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes), and taking out the trash. We also offer additional services such as cleaning inside the refrigerator and oven, as well as organizing closets and cabinets. Our goal is to leave your home spotless and sparkling clean.
